I firmly believe that interior design serves as a silent yet powerful communicator of ideas, transcending the need for verbal expression. Through meticulously curated elements, the work itself becomes a testament to its message. It is my deeply held conviction that colors, textures, materials, and layout intertwine harmoniously to imbue interior design with its captivating allure.

In our design, we skillfully harness the captivating essence of Impressionism to not only showcase the depth of our artistic prowess but also to orchestrate space masterfully. Through the brushstrokes of Impressionism, we weave a tapestry of evocative scenes that transcend traditional boundaries. Every stroke of color becomes a strategic element, transforming space into a canvas where emotions and ambiance harmoniously dance. This design is a symphony of visual eloquence, where the interplay of light and form conjures an immersive experience. By embracing Impressionism, we artfully wield design to blur the lines between the tangible and the transcendent.

Project: Building Community/Diversity
Promoting equity in built environments and public spaces requires a thoughtful approach, prioritizing user experience and meaningful connections to the local context. However, implementing these ideals can be challenging, especially in a market driven by various factors. Despite these challenges, there are effective strategies that designers can adopt to foster equity. Addressing issues like gentrification and displacement demands a focus on inclusive design that prioritizes functionality, engagement, and connection to the community. It’s crucial to resist the push towards luxury developments that can lead to exclusion and marginalization. Instead, prioritize thoughtful detailing that considers the needs of diverse users, maintains functionality, and respects the area’s existing character. This can help keep affordability and access for all. Equitable design should always be user-centered, embracing the diversity of the community it serves. Integrating elements like openness, daylight, transparency, and outdoor views ensures that spaces are welcoming and inclusive. Regularly testing design outcomes and seeking user feedback can further enhance the efficacy of the design process, leading to areas that truly cater to the community’s needs. To create vibrant communities, collaboration is key. Designers must work alongside various stakeholders, including residents, businesses, and local authorities. Techniques like civic engagement, promoting social cohesion, and enhancing community safety contribute to the vitality of a community. Designers should proactively foster an environment where people feel heard, connected, and safe. Building trust and designing with empathy are cornerstones of practical design thinking. Empathy is a crucial initial step, where designers must cultivate strong observation skills and a curious mindset to understand the space and its users deeply. By putting aside personal biases and preconceptions, designers can authentically grasp the experiences of others. This requires imaginative thinking to see from different perspectives. Incorporate these concepts into your message to communicate a holistic approach to promoting equity and vibrant communities through design. Creating meaningful change requires an ongoing commitment to learning, adapting, and advocating for equitable design principles.

PROJECT VEHICLE : (Learning English Center)
My vision as a designer is to create a great and welcoming space that students, teachers, and adults can feel safe to come to learn and spend time with a great community that they are coming to the place. English is the common language among all countries in the world, any state visit in the world you will find their fluent so we must learn it. There are many ways to acquire the language and improve students’ language skills. The most popular ways are through watching movies because this way is a great idea, prosperous and promising beginning, and alternative way for people who don’t have the time and the ability to go to the educational centers and for those who do not want to learn the language by the traditional way the academic. We all love watching movies, then why was it not the way to learn English? Of course, that education is not exclusively for watching movies. However, if a student enjoys learning the language through films, this is the education through entertainment, which means that it invested in something valuable and positive. It is an excellent method to use movies as an English learning tool to improve language skills, especially speaking, listening, writing, and reading skills. Also, it is a great way to learn English slang, grammar rules and acquire a lot of phrases, vocabulary, expressions, and learn how we use them. For this reason, many teachers of the English language now use movies in the classroom. That will be my method.

Project: Name: JB restaurant
I want to introduce my project concept. My project restaurant’s name is JB’s resto. I want to create an African restaurant that will help to promote African cuisine/ food. That is why I will focus on making my space look more exotic and casual in a particular space in the building. In addition, The concept of this facility will be inspired by African cuisine from Congo and central Africa. Therefore, this restaurant will give you a unique experience of food and light with the culinary flavors of Central Africa. Furthermore, the ambiance of the interior design and lighting will remind the feeling of being in Africa. Therefore, the experience I want to create is not only for me as a designer but also about food and how to light people. Therefore, the appearance of the food and drink will be well-lighted, giving people the feeling of being in a unique space. When it is going to be dinner time, the light will be set in the room to provide warm-colored, low-intensity lighting.

Qualities of Light Lighting Concept Diagram
Direct light creates the overall mood of the establishment while allowing customers and employees to move easily and comfortably around the space. A lit environment provides an intimate ambiance that is ideal for upscale restaurants, special occasion dining, and lounge or bar areas. Brighter lighting is generally used in busy, lunchtime eateries, such as delis or fast-casual restaurants. Ambient light promotes diners to relax and stay longer, while brighter light is better for quick customer turnaround in high-traffic spaces.
LOW CONSTRACT
Fine dining restaurants are known for delivering the highest level of customer service. Guests expect elegant ambiance, upscale table settings, and a menu with higher price points. But one factor that affects the quality of a fancy restaurant is lighting. It is one of the most important aspects to consider when planning a restaurant's interior design. It's an essential element with a vital role that can either make or break your dining clientele's satisfaction and experience. In most environments, lighting is a combination of natural light provided by windows or skylights and installed overhead light fixtures. so that why I want my room to look great with all the low light.

The private lounge exudes an astonishing charm, captivating anyone who steps within its confines. The ambiance, meticulously crafted by the play of light, is nothing short of mesmerizing. The warm hues that grace the surroundings infuse the space with a distinctive character, casting a gentle yellow glow that envelops all who enter. Additionally, the choice of a soft, luminous color for the picture positioned on the lower left wall adds a touch of brilliance to the already inviting space.
In the Public setting, a deliberate embrace of low-contrast lighting prevails, seemingly adhering to a harmonious 1:1 ratio. This design choice, where no element competes for attention over another, fosters an atmosphere of balanced equilibrium. The strategic utilization of diffused, warm lighting not only imparts a soothing aura to the environment but also seamlessly facilitates a sense of relaxation and sociability. Shifting our focus to the Private realm, while it does carry a semblance of seclusion, there remains an opportunity to refine the concept. Although a sense of privacy is present, there's potential to heighten this sensation through artful design elements. Perhaps an integration of more nuanced shades or textures could cultivate a deeper connection with the notion of exclusivity and retreat, further enriching the private experience.

Project: Name: The History Museum of Luba Kingdom
Point of View “As a Congolese person, I come from a tribe called: Luba. Longtime ago, before Congo became one country, some kingdoms were living there, and one of The Kingdome was the Luba kingdom. It was one of the biggest historical kingdoms in my tribe. As a result, I have come to appreciate the significance of music, culture, education, and religion as unifying forces. These aspects have played a crucial role in bringing people together within our community and beyond. In the history of the Kingdom of Luba, music has been a powerful expression of our culture, with traditional rhythms, dances, and songs passed down through generations. It has served as a way to connect with our roots, preserve our heritage, and celebrate our identity as a community. Similarly, our rich cultural traditions, customs, and practices have shaped our way of living, defining our values and beliefs as a civilization. Education has been a cornerstone of the Kingdom of Luba, providing opportunities for individuals to grow and thrive. Access to education has empowered our people, enabling them to gain knowledge, skills, and perspectives that have contributed to the advancement of our community. Education has also fostered critical thinking, creativity, and innovation, allowing us to adapt to changing times and challenges. Religion has played a significant role in the Kingdom of Luba, serving as a unifying force that has brought people together in faith and spirituality. Our religious beliefs and practices have provided guidance, strength, and hope during times of difficulty and served as a source of inspiration for our community. In addition, religion has promoted principles of cooperation, compassion, and mutual respect, fostering harmony and cohesion among our people. Furthermore, our shared culture, education, and religion have united us as a community and connected us with other societies and nations. We have built bridges and fostered understanding through cultural exchanges, educational collaborations, and religious interactions, promoting peace and harmony among diverse communities. In designing spaces that promote togetherness, I envision incorporating elements of our rich culture, education, and religion. A space that reflects our traditional music, art, and architecture would serve as a reminder of our heritage and create a sense of belonging. Spaces for educational and intellectual activities would provide opportunities for learning, discussion, and collaboration. Lastly, spaces for spiritual contemplation and communal worship would promote the values of compassion, tolerance, and inclusivity. In conclusion, the Kingdom of Luba’s history has shown that music, culture, education, and religion have brought people together, fostered unity, and shaped our community and civilization. These aspects have served as pillars of our society, promoting cooperation, creativity, and mutual respect. By embracing our history and heritage, we can continue to build a brighter future for our tribe and beyond

The new building for the museum is an impressive 57,000 square feet, which is a significant improvement compared to its previous location inside a decommissioned red-brick schoolhouse. The museum, initially called the ‘Nordic Heritage Museum,’ used to be situated in a red brick building located in a mostly residential area of Ballard. However, a new building was constructed specifically for the museum, and it officially opened on May 5, 2018. The inauguration ceremony was honored by the presence of the Icelandic president.
Site
I want to create a commercial space design and a museum space that showcases the rich history and culture of the Kingdom of Luba, an ancient kingdom from the Congo. The museum aims to educate visitors and promote cultural awareness while providing a unique and immersive experience through its design. The space will be designed to reflect the unique aesthetic and architectural style of the Luba culture, incorporating traditional materials, colors, patterns, and textures. The lighting and spatial arrangements will create a sense of depth and dimensionality that evokes the feeling of being in the Kingdom of Luba. I plan on building a space that will have a design balance and scale. By designing a flexible and adaptable space, the museum will remain relevant and engaging over time, attracting visitors and promoting cultural exchange and understanding. I will focus on building a museum’s history. My idea can be translated to the flexible programming of spaces over time to meet different needs instead of having one set of areas. As a designer, I must redefine the sense of the use of space and reinterpret it through design.

‘‘The client needs: The client has hired me to design their weekend apartment suite in Downtown Washington, Seattle. They recently purchased this apartment to enjoy the city with friends and to be closer to the restaurants and nightlife on the weekends. The client works between towns and would like you to help them finish this apartment to be a comfortable weekend getaway. The suite is a 1400 square feet one-bedroom apartment with a small exterior terrace facing North. The unit they purchased is in a newer building on the 39th floor, and they have the unique opportunity to build out the space to fit their casual weekend lifestyle. The bedroom, bathroom, laundry room, and powder room have all been built out and finished. However, the client has hired you to design the bedroom and main excellent room space. Remember that the client expects high-end finishes and materials and has yet to set a budget for this project. The client provided a rough CAD file and the current SketchUp model. You will be responsible for designing and furnishing the entire interior and providing kitchen plumbing, appliance, and finish selections.’’ quote from Brian. I just paraphrased.
Over View
As an interior designer in this project, I want to give my client the best experience to meet his requirements in design. I want to design or create a cozy space with a modern design. I like this room's area to be relaxed and fascinating, with an excellent lighting design. Also, I want the bedroom to give a comforting vibe. The oversized headboard is the main focal point of its decor, setting the tone for a color palette based on neutrals. A few hints of gold and yellow add a chic and modern touch to the space. I want to have a simple design space for this room. I also wish to have good quality fabric, crockery, and cutlery and stick to one palette (or use complementary colors). A well-designed kitchen is a perfect combination of form and function that will give you many years of enjoying its visual style and meal preparation.

De Stijl and Cubism are two influential movements in the design world that have profoundly contributed to the chair design field. De Stijl, a Dutch artistic movement from the early 20th century, emphasized simplicity, geometric forms, and primary colors. This design philosophy translated beautifully into chair design, resulting in chairs characterized by clean lines, right angles, and a harmonious balance of form and function. De Stijl chairs are a testament to the movement's commitment to pure abstraction, where every element serves a purpose, creating chairs that are visually striking, incredibly comfortable, and practical. On the other hand, Cubism was an art movement pioneered by Picasso and Braque, known for its fragmented and abstract representations of objects. This movement influenced chair design by challenging traditional notions of form. Cubist chairs often feature faceted surfaces and complex geometries, breaking from conventional chair designs. These chairs are not just functional pieces of furniture but also works of art that engage viewers with their unique and thought-provoking shapes. De Stijl and Cubism have left an indelible mark on chair design. De Stijl chairs epitomize simplicity and functionality, while Cubist chairs push the boundaries of form and aesthetics, showcasing the endless possibilities for innovation in furniture design. These movements continue to inspire contemporary designers to create chairs that are utilitarian and iconic pieces of art.
