Cookbook for students and young adults living alone for the first time. This is a collection of simple recipes that are vegan/ vegetarian/ pescatarian and can be made with easily affordable ingredients and in less than 20 minutes. The recipes are all curated for one or two people, and such, are ideal for people cooking for themselves and/or their roommate. Jasmin is a chemistry major at MIT and has co-founded various food-related groups at MIT including EZHealth and CellAg@MIT. She also runs an Instagram cooking page with her roommate: @Whatsthebeet that features some of the recipes in her cookbook!
