As we enter a new year, we are filled with gratitude for our interfaith community, and the hope we find in interfaith relationships. As we rebuild, we are grateful for each and everyone of you. To our youth for showing up, for engaging in hard conversations, for caring about each other, and for wanting to learn. We are grateful to parents for chauffeuring, for waiting in cars, for supporting this work and these experiences for their kids. And we are grateful to all the faith communities that have welcomed us into their houses of worship, for sharing their faith and hospitality. We are excited for what 2024 will bring!
upcoming event 13th Annual Faith Forum and Festival at the Jain Center in 2017
Mark your calendars and tell your friends, March 3 we will hold our 17th Annual Faith Forum and Festival. This will be our first forum since 2020, and we are extremely grateful to the Jain Center for hosting us. All high school (9th-12th grade) students are invited to come and join with 150 other high school students from various faith traditions and backgrounds. The purpose of the Faith Forum is to bring together young people from diverse ethnic, cultural, and religious backgrounds to engage in dialogue. True dialogue is a conversation on a common subject between two or more persons of differing points of views and/or backgrounds. We feel that this commitment to dialogue will affect relationships in a constructive way in our places of worship and in our community.
