The BFP qualification is not only recognised globally, but it also offers exemptions from several modules of ACCA’s qualifying exams. In addition, the certificate is awarded jointly by ACCA and Oxford Brookes University, which is ranked as one of the best modern universities in the UK. The BFP consists of three modules: 1) Corporate Finance 2) Strategic Business Reporting 3) Strategic Business Leader. I chose to sit all three modules together in September 2017.

The first module, Corporate Finance, focuses on understanding global financial markets and institutions, corporate finance management theory, financial

analysis and valuations. This module was particularly challenging but extremely rewarding at the same time.
