


•Immediately open up the PC Tools Internet Security to reach the ‘Settings’ menu so that you can hit the ‘Quarantine’ tab, and then you can choose the relevant QB files like ‘qbdmgr.exe’ and ‘qbdmgrN.exe’.

Method 2: Configure the AVG Antivirus settings to remove QB files from quarantine and attach the QB Desktop as an exception
•Open up the AVG Antivirus application on your computer so that you can double-click on the ‘Resident Shield’ tab; then you have to hit the ‘Manage Exceptions’ option, and thereafter, you should tap the ‘Add Path’ option so that you can attach the path to the QB Desktop folder.
•Now, hit the ‘OK’ and ‘Save Changes’ buttons so that the QB Desktop is finally added as an exception in the AVG Antivirus application, and then you must proceed to the ‘History’ tab.
•Strike the ‘Virus Vault’ option to detect the presence of QB files in the list of quarantined files, and then you must select those files to finally hit the ‘Restore’ button.
