On the menu bar, click ‘Banking/Transactions’. Choose ‘Banking’ below Banking/Transactions. Choose the appropriate account in which you wish to update transactions by clicking on the blue tile. Choose ‘Link Account’. Click ‘Upload From File’.
Using the ‘Browse’ button, look for the path of the bank file. Choose ‘Next’.
From within ‘QuickBooks Account’, choose the appropriate bank account. Go through the instructions to match records, then click on ‘Next’. Choose exact transactions required for importing. click ‘Next’. Choose ‘Yes’.
Once all set, click on ‘Let’s Go’ to proceed with uploading bank transactions.
