All off campus dates must be approved in advance by the administration. The separate “date approval” form in addition to this code of conduct must be filled out prior to purchasing tickets. John Carroll Catholic High School Prom Code of Conduct The following guidelines define appropriate behavior expectations of all John Carroll students and their guests. Where: Port Saint Lucie Civic Center When: April 17, 2010 Time: 9:00pm – Midnight Dress Code Females: 1. Dresses/skirts must reach mid-thigh or longer. 2. Dresses/skirts must modestly and completely cover all private areas. 3. Dresses with plunging necklines or bare midriffs are not permitted. Males: 1. Tuxedo, suit, or sports coat and dress pants (no jeans) 2. Dress shirts must be worn at all times; undershirts alone will not be allowed 3. No athletic footwear Alcohol/Drugs: Zero Tolerance – Anyone perceived to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be referred to the police officer on duty. Parents/guardians will be contacted. ** Once you leave the building, you are not permitted to re-enter the building. No trips to and from vehicles will be allowed.** Dancing: 1. Students must remain in a standing position while dancing. 2. Dancing may not be sexual in nature. 3. No standing or dancing on tables or chairs is allowed. Removal from Dance: Students in violation of any of the above will be escorted from the premises and arrested if necessary. School officials will attempt to contact parents/guardians. I have read the above Code of Conduct and agree to abide by these guidelines. If I fail to follow these guidelines, I understand that I will be escorted from the dance, arrested if necessary, and my parents/guardians will be contacted. There will no refunds for tickets if I am asked to leave.
