Summary of Fees for January 1, 2024 through December 31, 2024 by Lot Type

Stewardship District Operations & Maintenance Annual Assessment – Reflects the costs to maintain the storm drainage facilities, lakes, wetlands, and other fiscal aspects within the jurisdiction of the District.

Stewardship District Debt Annual Assessment – Reflects the estimated annual payment to amortize District bond debt. It includes additional fees of approximately 7% charged by Sarasota County. The Stewardship District year begins October 1st.

Recreational Property Initial Contribution – One-time fee in the amount of $500.00 paid at the time of home purchase and used toward the operation of the Recreational Property.
