The green and white color palette was the perfect backdrop for the newly minted Mr. and Mrs. McQueen. This elegant and sophisticated affair was layered with thoughtful details in the most meticulous places. Three Branches Floral created the beautiful floral installations that adorned the day along with the help of Party! Dallas for the elaborate details. The party was a joyful celebration that lasted long into the night!

Katherine Jezek and Collin Moore’s wedding day may not have gone as originally planned, but was transformed into a charming celebration that the couple will cherish for the rest of their lives. The bride was a vision of beauty and grace in her Nardos Design gown as she walked toward her groom, awaiting with great anticipation to say “I do” with bright pops of color entwined with a beautiful neutral color palette. To celebrate their union, the couple had an intimate reception in the backyard of their first home together. Bella Flora decorated the event with beautiful pastel flower arrangements that brought a classic and sophisticated air to the beautiful backdrop. It was truly an evening to remember!

At the bride’s family home, Emily Shuford married Isaac Isom under a beautiful flower arch made with punchy summer blooms by The Garden Gate. As Emily walked out the door of her childhood home, arm-inarm with her father, she walked toward her groom preceded by Isaac’s darling daughters and her own son. The couple said “I do” on the front lawn and took vows to each other and to their children. Family and friends joined the bride and groom for lunch served on a covered patio on a table decorated with family china and heirloom silver. Before the afternoon wrapped, Emily tossed her bouquet off the balcony to the anticipating crowd.

The wedding ceremony began with a rain shower to welcome Carly and Anthony into marriage. The day was celebrated at the bride’s family’s river home just outside of Waco, Texas. Katy Preisler at Keely Thorne Events helped the couple dream up an at-home wedding day with touches of modernity. Tall, glass candelabras filled long tables and gold pendant chandeliers hung over the dancefloor (which would be full of partiers later in the night). For the seated dinner, guests enjoyed a cheese selection instead of a salad as an ode to the bride’s favorite course! The newlyweds mixed and mingled with all their closest family and friends while the seven-layer cake was passed amongst the revelers. The evening came to a close with a private, final dance for the couple to “Farther Along” by Josh Garrels and a sparkler exit through the floral arch!

Bright blues and whites were the centerpiece of Tori and Andrew’s day! They envisioned a tented garden party and chose the Omni Barton Creek to house their celebration. The ginger jars that anchored the reception space were courtesy of their floral designer David Kurio who also did the flowers for Tori’s parents’ wedding. The couple also mixed in blue and white plates that the bride’s parents had bought on a trip to London. At the end of the night the bride and groom drove off in the father of the bride’s 1979 Volkswagen bug, which, despite its age, is still her favorite car to ride in! The whole day seamlessly brought in notes of family through every little detail.

Katie Frierson and Max Young gathered their friends and family in celebration of their wedding and summer soirée at home in Louisiana. They took their vows at First Presbyterian Church in Shreveport where not only Katie’s siblings, parents, and grandparents have married, but Max’s parents as well, so their traditional church ceremony held such significance for the entire family. Katie was a beauty in an A-line Mira Zwillinger gown from Warren Barrón Bridal which perfectly accented the summer chic affair held at her family’s farm. The farm has been in Katie’s family since 1919 and is still actively managed by her father and brother, so a tented wedding reception extending off the back of the home couldn’t have been a better fit for an occasion such as this. Guests mixed and mingled in true garden party fashion until the evening came to a close. Sparklers lining the driveway flew as the new Mr. and Mrs. Young waved their loved ones farewell.

A love story that started in the skies! After meeting on a Southwest flight from New York City to Dallas, Cathlyn and Michael have been inseparable ever since. Their wedding captured their vibrant and joyful personalities so perfectly with the bright purple and pink hues on the dancefloor (courtesy of GRO Designs) to the baseball tent created for the groom. Barbara Shorts and the Verve Event Planning team orchestrated an extravagant affair that still held a noteworthy elegance. The bride and groom created a day that was so personal in every sense of the word. Their love for each other was tangible in every thoughtful detail and they spent the whole day absolutely beaming at one another’s side!
