This course is available to all learners, of all academic backgrounds.

Learners should be aged 16 or over to undertake the quali cation.

Good understanding of English language, numeracy and ICT are required to attend this course.

Assessment: At the end of the course, you will be required to sit an online multiple-choice test. Your test will be assessed automatically and immediately so that you will instantly know whether you have been successful.

Before sitting for your nal exam, you will have the opportunity to test your pro ciency with a mock exam.

Certi cation: After you have successfully passed the test, you will be able to obtain an Accredited Certi cate of Achievement. You can however also obtain a Course Completion Certi cate following the course completion without sitting for the test. Certi cates can be obtained either in hardcopy at the cost of £39 or in PDF format at the cost of £24.

PDF certi cate’s turnaround time is 24 hours, and for the hardcopy certi cate, it is 3-9 working days.

RECRUITMENT DIPLOMA COURSE REVIEW

  Overall I have to say that the course content is very thorough & well laid out. You de nitely have to read carefully, take notice of the case studies & make plenty of notes.

My only negative is that there were a couple of questions in the mock & nal exam that were taken out of context & so were not clearly de ned or questions not worded correctly & so led to incorrect answers when I knew the answers. I would still recommend the course as it gives a really good foundation to the industry, procedures & processes.

RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT DIPLOMA

  A comprehensive course covering all of the areas relevant to recruiting. The exam does ask some very in depth questions from the case studies so thorough notes from those areas are recommended. Overall, a very worthwhile course aimed at introductory level recruiting.

INTERESTING AND REWARDING

  Great course that will be of signi cant interest if you currently work in the eld or have ambitions to do so.

Some of the questions in the nal exam are extremely vague and not very helpful or informative. For example, I was asked “How much did the manager lose?” – This was in relation to an earlier case study that I covered long before I took the nal exam. Overall though it’s easy enough if you apply yourself and take notes on a notepad along the way.

  A very detailed course where VERY detailed notes are needed, including the case studies.

If you put the work in, you will get the results.
