This course is available to all learners, of all academic backgrounds.

Learners should be aged 16 or over to undertake the quali cation.

Good understanding of English language, numeracy and ICT are required to attend this course.

Assessment: At the end of the course, you will be required to sit an online multiple-choice test. Your test will be assessed automatically and immediately so that you will instantly know whether you have been successful.

Before sitting for your nal exam you will have the opportunity to test your pro ciency with a mock exam.

Certi cation: After you have successfully passed the test, you will be able to obtain an Accredited Certi cate of Achievement. You can however also obtain a Course Completion Certi cate following the course completion without sitting for the test. Certi cates can be obtained either in hardcopy at a cost of £39 or in PDF format at a cost of £24.

PDF certi cate’s turnaround time is 24 hours and for the hardcopy certi cate, it is 3-9 working days.

GREAT COURSE

  The course was really good. There were a few typos in the course material and the certi cate costs extra which i wasn’t aware of when i signed up via. reed.co.uk , but other than that it was a really good learning opportunity and i feel better equipped to mentor and coach within my role.

LEVEL 3 COACHING AND MENTORING

  All information was easily explained and understood with useful video footage at the end of each module to help understand and clarify what had been learnt. I thought that there were too many spelling and grammatical errors (as picked up by a previous reviewer), and I expected these to have been amended. The two tests at the end of the course were very similar (if not the same) which was a pleasant surprise but made life too easy (possibly!). In summary, I learnt a lot from this course and look forward to using my new-found knowledge in the coming years.

  Good course with a well balanced and straight forward curriculum.

EASY FORMAT AND WELL STRUCTURED

  As mentioned from previous comments, there are a few US/English words thrown in, but causes no drama.

I personally found it useful and has helped build on what I already knew. Would recommend for anyone who does team development (my background) work with companies, young apprentices etc It is very transferable, not just a “Manager & Employee” speci c course.

Cost of certi cate is more than the course, but in reality the course is so inexpensive don’t think there’s any need to have any quibbles.
