Are you currently an executive assistant or are you aspiring to be one? This course will teach you how to be the best executive and personal assistant your boss could ever imagine.

Description: Being an executive and personal assistant requires having the same skills and knowledge of the person you are assisting with. In this course, you will adequately learn how to work as an executive assistant with the demanding bosses and help them in executing their functions well. You will know how to adapt to their styles of management. Learn how to communicate through written, verbal and nonverbal methods. Explore your time management skills and know how to manage meetings e ectively. More importantly, you will know how to use all the tools of the trade e ectively in this course.

Current executive and personal assistants who want to improve their administrative skills.

People who have an interest in becoming an executive or personal assistant

Entry Requirement: This course is available to all learners, of all academic backgrounds.

Learners should be aged 16 or over to undertake the quali cation.

Good understanding of English language, numeracy and ICT are required to attend this course.

Assessment: At the end of the course, you will be required to sit an online multiple-choice test. Your test will be assessed automatically and immediately so that you will instantly know whether you have been successful.

Before sitting for your nal exam you will have the opportunity to test your pro ciency with a mock exam.

Certi cation: After you have successfully passed the test, you will be able to obtain an Accredited Certi cate of Achievement. You can however also obtain a Course Completion Certi cate following the course completion without sitting for the test. Certi cates can be obtained either in hard copy at a cost of £39 or in PDF format at a cost of £24.

PDF certi cate’s turnaround time is 24 hours and for the hardcopy certi cate, it is 3-9 working days.
