I managed and negotiated the deal to keep all items that she wanted, even though the New York Buyer brought in his attorney to negotiate for him. The agents challenge was that 5 family members were all contesting the sale of the house, and contesting which real estate agent to have representing them, and Eric Lieberman negotiated with multiple attorneys and family to make sure that the price was set correctly, and that offers were dealt with appropriately and Eric secured the listing and everyone was happy at close of escrow. Family members had opinions that the sale price should be $500k higher than the offers Eric was attracting, and Eric met numerous times with the Executrix for the family trust, and spoke to multiple attorneys for the family, in order to work out which price and terms were actually the top of the market at the time. After receiving a few offers they realized that they had wasted a couple of months at the wrong price and Eric re​ marketed the house at a better listed price. A bogus offer came in, and Eric recommended going with another offer, as questionable Buyer could not bring in money from Australia...Owner took another offer, which eventually sold it at $2,495,000. Escrow was tough as there was a flood in the house in a bathroom, but Eric worked through the negotiations with the Buyers and their broker, and we closed the deal without drama. ____________________________________________________________________ 4240 Babcock Avenue, Studio City 91604 ​ Sold for $2.8 million in 2015 ​ Also 2921 Dona Susana Drive, in escrow at $2,400,000.
