To be a signer: 1) Support carbon dioxide as an important molecule of life. Don’t think that it is causing catastrophic global warming, 2) Support use of fossil fuels. They created the modern world and will be important for a long time, 3) Support use of nuclear power, the best solution for the long-term future for electrical energy and as energy source to manufacture vast quantities of synthetic liquid and gaseous fuels.
