Avoid travel in or below all avalanche terrain. Avalanches are running to valley floors and some are exceeding historic run outs. The avalanche danger is HIGH (Level 4 of 5) for the Steamboat and Flat Tops, Front Range, Grand Mesa, North San Juan, and South San Juan zones. These are exceptional avalanche conditions."

The first seven days of March produced at least 346 avalanches around Colorado, according to data collected by the Colorado Avalanche Information Center. A total of 37 were classified as “destructive,” four of which were “historic” meaning they were “capable of destroying substantial amounts of forest or buildings. The first avalanche of the 2018-19 season was documented on October 12, 2018. Nearly 2,000 have been recorded since. “Over the past 6 years, between November and May, we’ve averaged 2,133 avalanches per year,” Fossil fuels power all avalanche rescue operation and snow removal equipment. No windmills, no solar panels, no backup batteries - today's energy choices of "the people" - do anything for this tremendous natural emergency. No nuclear either. That was rejected decades ago.

This is normal weather for Colorado. How do we know? The avalanche chutes have been there for as long as man has been here!

In the United States all three branches of the federal government are tied up with legislation, law suits, protests that intend to cause financial ruin for fossil fuel companies because "they are evil and produce carbon dioxide." The alarmists plan on forcing everyone to stop using fossil fuels forever because of their all-knowing claims of Catastrophic Man-Made Global Warming.

Bill and Hillary Clinton – politicians. Hillary promised to put a lot of people to work installing and maintaining solar and wind energy facilities. Wind and solar energy systems would supposedly fight man-made global warming. She would stop use of fossil fuels, never mind that you can’t run a modern economy on wind and solar. Upon the start of his presidency in 1993, Bill Clinton committed the United States to lowering their greenhouse gas emissions to 1990 levels by 2000 through his biodiversity treaty,[ reflecting his attempt to return the United States to the global platform of climate policy. Clinton's British Thermal Unit (BTU) Tax and Climate Change Action Plan were also announced within the first year of his presidency, calling for a tax on energy heat content and plans for energy efficiency and joint implementations, respectively.

Regardless of what these people claim about fossil fuels and man-made global warming, etc., the facts are that the world is totally dependent on fossil fuels and will be for a long time to come. When cities lose electricity just for a few days, there is chaos. No one can live without electricity for long. They need it to pump drinking water, for electric cooking and to pump natural gas for cooking, to pump gasoline for transportation, for electric transportation, to pump jet fuel, to operate traffic signals, to operate hospitals and schools, for TV, Radio and Internet communication, etc.

The campaigns and lawsuits by man-made global warming alarmists are one of the most threatening things for modern societies. Worse than many wars. The alarms are false.

The world is well within its historical climate patterns. There have been numerous scientific studies showing that carbon dioxide from fossil fuels is a minor factor in determining climate and climate change.

One of the world’s biggest hoaxes is the claim by these alarmists that they can reverse climate change. Literally, that means they can make the whole world cooler when it is too warm and make the world warmer when it is too cool. Humans will never do that.
