Your letter says you “would appreciate” my “general comments … on the utility of significantly relying on IPCC and the U.S. Climate Change Science Program or regulation under the Clean Air Act.” And it asks me four specific questions. I address your specific questions below, but first I provide the requested “general comments”. It should be noted that these “general comments” pertain to each of those questions. Reliance on Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) Reports Reports published by the United Nations (UN) Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) are biased and misleading polemic and, therefore, any decisions based on them are likely to be very flawed.
