THE LORD’S PRAYER Our Father, which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy Name.

Thy Kingdom come.

Thy will be done in earth, As it is in heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread.

And forgive us our trespasses, As we forgive them that trespass against us.

And lead us not into temptation, But deliver us from evil.

For thine is the kingdom, The power, and the glory, For ever and ever. Amen.

The order of the ceremonial At Queen Square Remembrance Sunday 13th November 2016

THOSE IN THE PROCESSION WILL ASSEMBLE AT QUEEN SQUARE AT 11.00 O’CLOCK THE SOUND OF THE GUN WILL MARK THE BEGINNING OF THE TWO MINUTES SILENCE IN REMEBRANCE OF ALL WHO MADE THE GREAT SACRIFICE IN WARS AND CONFLICTS, AND ALL WHO WERE BEREAVED. THE END OF THE SILENCE WILL BE MARKED BY THE SOUND OF THE GUN, THE BUGLER WILL THEN SOUND THE LAST POSTFOLLOWED BY “ODE TO THE FALLEN”, A PIPER PLAYING THE LAMENT AND THE RECITAL OF THE KOHIMA EPITAPH. THE WREATHS ARE THEN LAID AROUND THE DRUMHEAD ALTAR. THE BISHOP, THE CLERGY AND FAITH REPRESENTATIVES’ PROCEED TO THE DRUMHEAD ALTAR. THE SERVICE BEGINS
