Do You Use Harsh Chemicals?
NO! We use only a safe (vegetable & seaweed-based) organic compound and a manual cleaning method to fully remove all traces of grease and dirt, returning the shine to your oven. The process is totally safe for pets and means no harmful chemicals, smells, fumes or residue in your home. Your oven will be ready to use immediately. Do you clean all parts of the appliance including removable parts?
YES! At OvenGleamers we fully strip down and clean all parts of the oven that it is possible to remove, including the Doors, Door Seals, Door Glass, Knobs, Grill, Back Panels and Fan as well as any 'Self Cleaning Panels'. Glass lamp covers are removed and cleaned, and new bulbs replaced FREE of charge where needed. All racks and grill pan are included in the price.
How long will it take?
Cleaning times depend on the size of your oven, and any additional items booked in for a clean. The state of the items being cleaned will also influence the time it takes. as will the availability of workspace. approximate clean times are listed on the price list for each item.
How
can I book and pay for my clean?
OvenGleamers have a dedicated UK booking team based at our head office in Bristol. Lines are open Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm. This means all our customers are able to get through to our helpful, knowledgeable staff whenever you ring, and our Gleamers can work in customers' homes without needing to answer calls or return messages. Each Franchisee has a dedicated LOCAL RATE phone number, Mine is 01902 504 405. We are registered with Barclaycard for secure card transactions so you can pay by credit or debit card when you book, once we have given you a price for the job. Cash payments are also acceptable, though a deposit may be required in some circumstances. Cheques only accepted by prior arrangement.
