TAP Portugal will book affected passengers on the next available flight to their destination.

Passengers who have booked directly with TAP Portugal should call the airline's customer service to request a refund or rebooking. If the booking was made through a travel agency, passengers should contact the agency for assistance.

How much notice will TAP Portugal give me if my flight is cancelled?
Whenever possible, TAP will give passengers a minimum of 72 hours' notice before cancelling a flight.
Am I eligible for compensation if my flight is cancelled due to bad weather? Regulations do not entitle passengers to compensation if a flight is cancelled due to weather conditions that make flying unsafe.
What happens if I miss my connecting flight due to a cancellation?
If you miss a connecting flight as a result of a cancellation, TAP Portugal will provide you with accommodation and meals if necessary.
