HOW GALA FUNDS ARE USED The annual Dancing with the Denver Stars Gala raises much-needed funds for CPRD’s education programs.

In 2021, we saw the requests for subsidies and scholarships DOUBLE. Schools’ small budgets collapsed under the weight of the pandemic. Individual students found parents out of work and losing access to the day-to-day activities that brought them joy, community and mental health.

“Getting back in class has helped me experience my emotions… this has been a hard time” - Student age 10 “Being expected to get back into class has made me check in more with my feelings. It made me feel refreshed and happy and not as angry” - Student age 12 CPRD needs your help and support more than ever!
