Other activities include:  Developing marketing strategy and associated collateral materials, site selection, and preparation of financial incentive proposals  Administer existing industry program  Manage daily operations for Northfield’s Economic Development Authority  Assist Northfield companies acquire State and Federal financial assistance  Serve as a City representative for Northfield’s Convention and Visitor’s Bureau  Administrate the City’s Revolving Loan Fund and Micro Grant Program  Supervise City’s Planning, Housing and Rehabilitation Authority, and Building Inspections departments Achievements  Successfully recruited StrataPoint Inc., a Software-As-A-Service Company  Facilitated the approval of small business loans totaling $575,000  Assisted Cardinal Glass acquire $800,000 in state funding, $7.7 Million Federal Tax Credits for the company’s transition from a commercial and residential window coating facility to a solar cell glass coating facility  Developed marketing plan including collateral marketing material for City’s economic development initiatives  Facilitated the approval of two Business and Industrial Park Master Plans
