BIM COORDINATOR :

Building model according according to the information and suggestion given

ARCHITECT : Distribute the task among to provide orthographic for visualisation

Detail Schematic Drawings Roof Structure Proposal

Insertion of AHU level and roof proposal

Exploring and inviting team member to explore the new software. The new software helps in separating the task faster and easier. PROS :

-The application of BIM 360 helps improve the work progress and even workload distribution -Stakeholders up to date for the latest model

ISSUES :

-Technical issue on synchronising as a beginner to the BIM 360 -Forgot to release element leaving a difficulties for other to edit -Distraction from other stakeholders on model design -Not all stakeholders have the skills on using the software

SOLUTIONS :

-Project leader researching and fixing on the issue and guide the team member -Send and request to the person to remind that person to relinquish -Adjust the setting according to the need of other stakeholders to prevent from clashing occur in model 29 -Remain offline communication platform and update on both platform

Create an account and open a project template

Create workset in Revit to and allocate task according to roles to prevent clashing

BIM Modeller (architectural & structural)

Checking issue and create report for action to be taken Synchronised and publish to cloud

Ensure the model is uploaded

Ensure is accessible by skate holders and synchronise by team member
