Workforce Management The Job Shoppe can provide a dedicated onsite HR Coordinator to work directly with our client’s HR teams. As a standard practice, our HR Coordinator will attend monthly meetings with our client, maintain all client-specific reporting and act as a liaison between the two parties. Additionally, our HR Coordinator will manage our onsite workforce, implement employee engagement and retention programs, conduct employee performance reviews, document accident and incident reports, investigate and perform disciplinary counselling when needed.
