

Never let your children stay away from nutritious food
As a caring and concerned parent, it is your primary duty to decide what your children should eat, and not them. Generally, it is observed that most parents allow their children to eat whatever they want and completely surrender to their wishes.
You must be in the driving seat when it comes to deciding upon breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Educate your children about the negative sides of cookies and junk foods and decide your own menu for them. You can allow them to eat their favorite fast food only once or a maximum of twice a month. Never allow them to stay away from nutritious food items.

Always encourage your children to have a timely breakfast because, after a good night’s sleep, they need nutritious food not only to stay active and satiated but also to concentrate at school. You will see a good effect on the school performance of your children because they will stay energetic till lunch in school. A bowl full of cereal with milk is considered to be a great breakfast option for children.
