I identify an undeniable strength and significance of a personal network, and work closely and regularly with a personal Rolodex of high-profile individuals, financiers, and a vast array of investors and developers globally.

With 13+ years of industry experience, my primary focus is on building and expanding real estate portfolios for a wide network of domestic and international clientele, including CEOs and Partners of major financial institutions such as Goldman Sachs, BlackRock, Blackstone and KPS, UHNWIs and family offices, as well as UK and Saudi based premier hospitality/hotel groups. Previously a part of the nation’s leading Eklund|Gomes Team, I bring an exceptional industry reputation, founded on a deep knowledge of real estate as an asset class, real property data and its in depth financial performance. A native of Vilnius, Lithuania, I grew up as a professional classical pianist, and hold numerous international awards including a 2nd Prize at the Queen Elizabeth’s International piano competition in London, UK, and have performed at the Carnegie Hall, the Kennedy Center for the Arts in Washington, DC, and was broadcasted numerous times on a national public radio.

I hold a Master's Degree from the Stern School of Business and I am licensed in both New York and Florida.
