This project is one component of the larger American Heartland Theme Park by Mansion Entertainment Group, set to be in Vinita, Oklahoma. The RV park and campground is made up of 17 distinct buildings including a dinner theater, clubhouse, recreation building, 300 prefabricated cabins, and 750 RV spaces set on 320 acres of land. Estimated construction cost was set at 120 million dollars.
Jessica acted as Project Architect managing multiple teams of architects and interns that worked to develop the individual construction documents sets for each of the buildings on the site. She coordinated the drawing sets for consistency over the multiple groups, oversaw consultant coordination, managed schedules, traveled for client design presentations, and ensured client needs for site management were met while guiding design with direction from the client and heading value engineering changes with the construction manager to ensure the project stayed within the client’s budget.

BroadVue Apartments
This project is a 323 unit wrap style apartment building that includes a clubhouse, fitness center, and pool courtyard. It totals 510,000 square feet with a construction cost of 67 million dollars.
Jessica acted as project architect though the life of the project. Her main responsibilities included overseeing and drafting the construction documents, coordinating with consultants and the construction manager. The project received HUD funding which she navigated the requirements for the drawings. The owner chose to opt for an MIT loan utilizing National Green Building Society requirements using IECC 2018 code. She has knowledge on how to execute a ComCheck for the building envelope to ensure the design meets energy requirements. The building is currently at the substantial completion phase.

This project is a 296 unit 3 story walk up garden style apartment complex that includes a clubhouse, pool house, and site amenities. It totals 350,00 square feet across X number of buildings, located on a 6 acre lot. Estimated construction cost is 45 million dollars.
Jessica acted as project architect though the life of the project. Her main responsibilities included overseeing and assigning drafting tasks to her team while ensuring the construction documents were developing to codes and firm standars, coordinating with consultants, the construction manager, and the owner to ensure a coordinated design that meets owner needs and requests. The building is currently in the bidding process.

Community Action Agency Renovation
This project is a 3 story renovation project located in the historic district of Capital Hill in Oklahoma City. It was originally built in 1950 as a JC Penny department store, and will become a mixed used building that includes, restaurants, bar, and coffee shop on the first floor, rentable offices and community classroom on the second floor, and a mix of market and affordable apartment units on the third floor. The owner is a non-profit agency that aims on educating and housing at risk citizens in the community.
Jessica will act at project architect. Her main responsibilities will be working with the project manager to oversee budgets and time, space planning, and working with an intern architect to oversee their work while developing them into an architect simultaneously. She will also coordinate with consultants including SHPO and NPS as the project is applying for historic tax credits, The project is currently in the pre-contrant conceptual phase.
