TARGET POPULATION The following magazine is designed and structured for two population, elementary and young learners.

This magazine is composed by two chapters, the first chapter is designed for A1 elementary learners who want reach the A2 level. Moreover, the second chapter is designed for A2 young learners who want to reach the B1 level.

Introduction

English is becoming one of the most widely spoken languages in the world, to such an extent that it is considered a universal language. Because of this, more and more people, from the youngest to the oldest, are interested in learning this language.

This magazine is designed to help children with an A1 (Break-through) level to obtain the A2 (Waystage) and teenagers A2 to obtain a B1 (Threshold) increasing their vocabulary and grammar knowledge

Goals Acquire the English grammar and vocabulary to improve their second language level.

Comparative and Superlatives What are comparatives?

Firstly, we use the comparative form to talk about how two things are different, example: Lions are taller than cats.

Dogs are more adorable than mice.

Sheep are cutier than goats.

What are superlatives?

Secondly, we use the superlative form to describe something that is greater than any other thing, example: The biggest cat in the world is the lion.

The cutiest animal in my farm is Ofelia, my sheep.

Past simple What is the past simple?

The Simple past is a verb tense which is used to talk about complete actions at a specific time in the past.

When we use the past simple?

Something that happened once in the past: Something that happened several times in the past:

What are their function?

They can modify verbs, adjectives, nouns, other adverbs and whole phrases or sentences: We usually go on holiday in December.

Besides,we can't know what will happen in the future, but this describes possible things, which could easily come true.

The first conditional has the present simple after 'if' or when, then the future simple in the other clause also, we could change the order The squirrel will eat our peanuts if we trown them The crocodile will bite you if you hit him
