How It Works: • Broker Incentive:

• Distributor Business Manager Incentive: •

$100 per new slot at distributor, 40 cases of each (5 cases per week)

• Multi-Unit Chain / Operator Specialist:

• $100 per new account sold, minimum of 10 cases new items total

• Bonus Incentive

(1st, 2nd, 3rd place payout for each category) • Distributor Business Manager:

• Total number of new SKU’s secured at distributor – min 2 Distributors, 4 SKU’s (tracked by Broker internal system)

• Multi-Unit Chain / Operator Specialist:

• Total number of confirmed new accounts at operator level – min 4 accounts /10 cs. (tracked by Broker internal systems)

• Total Cases of New SKU’s sold – minimum 50 cases August 1 – November 30, 2020 • • •
