Invest in her future PARENT ENROLLMENT GUIDE

High School Preview Night – September 24, 2025 – 6:00-8:30 PM
Spend an evening learning about the journey to high school, what sets Sacred Heart apart from other schools, and how your daughter will spend four amazing years growing academically and spiritually and making friendships that last a lifetime! Parents and students will attend a general session together and then split up for group-specific info sessions and activities.
Parents are invited to attend a "Heart to Heart" with SHA. Take advantage of these intimate and informative sessions with SHA’s president, principal, and enrollment team, followed by a student-led tour of the school. Heart to Hearts are a great way to get answers to all your questions! All sessions run from 8:30-9:30 AM.

How will we know what school is the best fit for our daughter?
• Make sure she shadows! Spending the day at SHA will help her see how she fits in our community.
• Together, look at how the school fits her academically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually.
• Ask questions! Find out how SHA will meet her where she is and inspire and empower her to become the best version of herself.
What is the High School Placement Test, and why is it important?
• The HSPT helps SHA’s academic advising team place your daughter in classes where she’ll thrive – where she’ll be challenged, but not overwhelmed.
• The HSPT is December 13, 2025 and a great target date for making your high school decision. Students are encouraged to test at the school they plan to attend, especially for consideration of merit scholarships.
Does SHA offer Tuition Assistance and what is the process?
• Yes! An exceptional education is an investment in your daughter’s future, and SHA is committed to providing tuition assistance to as many families with demonstrated financial needs as possible. For the 2025-26 school year, SHA awarded over $2 million dollars in financial aid and scholarships.
• The Archdiocese of Louisville and SHA use the FACTS Management Company to manage tuition assistance forms.
• FACTS forms can be completed online beginning October 15, 2025 and must be completed by January 30, 2026.
• Aid is need-based and awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. An application is considered incomplete until both the FACTS application is submitted and all requested documentation is uploaded. This includes all federal forms, including tax reports (2024), all Schedules, including W2s, and any applicable business returns.
