MEMBERSHIP SURVEY A BIG thank you to all the members who responded to the Active Member Survey conducted in October. While an average response rate for an online survey among a closed group is 30%, we reached over 60%, with 44 members responding! I’m thankful a large percentage of our membership took the time to provide feedback to better direct the JLS. The survey was comprised of ten questions regarding member preferences on League meetings, speakers, volunteer options, and reason for maintaining membership. The results were reviewed at the November Board meeting and information was taken back to committees immediately to put the feedback to use. The full results were also shared with the membership at the December GMM. Here is a quick review of some of the response data collected.
