The gate surrounding the property is for your added safety It is a fragile amenity that should be handled with care Please do not use any force to open the gate Do not manually open the gate Gate Code must be entered, and doors should open fully before driving onto the property

To enter the property, press the Yale symbol at the top of the keypad Enter your unique door access code Click the checkmark symbol
For your safety, please lock the door every time you leave the property The door does not lock automatically Make sure the door is securely shut, and press the Yale symbol at the top of the keypad to lock
T H E R M O S T A T
There are two thermostats located in the home One is located in the hallway (outside of Bedroom 3 & 4) The other thermostat is located Bedroom 2 (the room with the bunkbeds, behind the glass door)
When you drive up to the gate, the keypad is located on your left. Enter the code. When leaving the property, simply drive your car up to the gate, doors will open automatically. To leave the property by foot, please exit through the side gate located on your right. 2 3
To operate, lightly tap your finger on the right hand side Slide your finger up & down to change the settings Lightly tap on the right hand side to make your selection Please do not go below 68 degrees in the summer or over 72 degrees in the winter
