When you invest in a service contract with JLS ®, no matter the length of term, labor and expenses are included and you pay one flat fee. From worker education and remote assistance to preventative maintenance and a parts price discount, we make sure all of your bases are covered.

Though quarterly and semi-annual preventative maintenance visits are our most popular offering, our service contracts are tailored to suit you. After all, we understand that one size doesn’t fit all in this industry.

Worker Safety & Education

Our team understands that worker safety and education are paramount in the packaging industry. That’s why our service contracts include an emphasis on properly training your personnel and maintenance staff not only to prevent issues but how to address them if they do arise.

JLS worker safety and education include written programs as well as hands-on training. The hands-on training is not only thorough but also helps mitigate the risks incurred by turnover by providing on-site training as needed. You’re able to have one of our Field Service Engineers visit your facility and train your staff to make sure that nothing is missed. To ensure worker safety and proper machine function, we also review and provide our customers with Preventative Maintenance Checklists at our on-site visits.

Remote Service & Support

We use a virtual, mixed reality monitoring technology called JLS View to offer remote service and support. With JLS View, you don’t have to wait for help to come to you, it’s already at your fingertips with the help of Microsoft’s HoloLens 2 technology, saving you time and money.
