A Week of Service and Thanks

The Junior League of Charlotte, Inc. (JLC) continued the tradition of rolling up its sleeves during the month of thanks. In place of the traditional General Membership Meeting, the week of November 16-20, JLC members engaged with one another and the Charlotte community by volunteering with past and present community partners. Volunteer opportunities included both in-person and virtual options, with more than 200 members sharing their time and talents. “We work to develop and empower women so that we can go out in the community to do great things,” JLC President Kellie Lofton said. “What better time to do it than right before the holidays.” Take a look at our JLC Change Agents in action.
