This report outlines the changes tudents experienced after going through this program, and it highlghts some of their week to week learnings.

PRE AND POST ASSESSMENTS In order to find out how our programming impacted our Fall 2019 cohort, students were asked to complete pre and post assessments at the beginning and end of their time in the program respectively.

LEARNING AUDITS Learning was also assessed after each module. Students took a few minutes to tell us what they knew at the end of the module that they did not know the prior week, what they can now do that they could not do the week prior, and what they could now teach someone else that they were unable to teach them prior.
