This project is located on Ponce, Puerto Rico and is based on the creation of a multi-use building. As part of the programs, two commercial levels were implemented, one for commerce and another for offices, and the rest was terrace space and housing. In addition, this project is connecting Marina and Salud Streets through an urban walkway plaza.

CaobosandBaseball Racket Sports Complex 03 26
This project is located in Los Caobos, Ponce, Puerto Rico. The project is based on the proposal of a sports complex. Among the things found in the complex are four badminton courts, two racquetball courts, a main tennis court, a secondary main tennis court and a baseball park. There will also be commercial areas with a restaurant, spa, coffee shop, sports shop.

Pixal Wooden Pavillion
This project is located in Ponce, Puerto Rico. As part of the project, a pavilion was designed using the materials of wood and steel, with the idea of creating a roof that was conceptualized in individual ceilings that would create a composition of pixels.
