The project construction fell under strict COVID-19 protocols, thus greatly restricting on-site movement. To comply with restrictions, the team consisted of one foreman and two skilled workers with the designer as the construction supervisor.
Construction: Jul - Oct 2020
The cabinets are designed modularly and was fabricated off-site while site construction is on-going. This construction approach enabled the team to complete the project on a 3-month timeframe.

A four-bedroom, two-storey, beach-front resthouse designed to blend the interior to the outdoor environment; maximizing natural elements and vistas without sacrificing user privacy.
The client requested a modern and light design with earth tones and a red accent. The designer’s solution is to visually balance the material selection by using dark wood in the lower level, and lighter tones on the upper floor.
