Course Data: making the most of course information Project Aim This project aims to bring together course information and to enable the institution to publish electronic prospectus information in the standard format for all types of courses. Specifically for our College this is to address a gap in Part Time HE Programmes. The feed will include all courses, not just the Part Time HE programmes. The format of this feed is to use the XCRI-CAP standard.

Review current business processes, with regard to collection, maintenance and publishing of course marketing information.
Gap Analysis. Did we know what we didn’t know? Data ownership was an issue. Business processes and procedures approved. Establish data ownership and sharing. Agree responsibility for data quality.
