World Oceans Day - Can You Match Me? What is it? It sure looks familiar. Some of the most beautiful designs are found in nature. Can you match the pattern of the object to the actual item in your aquarium or zoo? If it can’t be found, can you guess what it is? Use the blank World Oceans Day labels to add some clues to displays to help patrons locate these items, or add conservation tips and interesting facts.
WOD ACTIVITY Like humans, plants and animals are dependent on clean water for their health. Try to match each pattern to life forms found at your aquarium or zoo. If they can’t be found at your location, can you guess what they are? How does water quality impact their survival?
