“Let the wise listen and add to their learning, and let the discerning get guidance.” - Proverbs 1:5

Eternal God our Father, we thank You for the gift of learning and the blessing of another school year. Cover our children with Your protection, guide their steps, and guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. Strengthen parents with grace, equip educators with wisdom, and unite our community in love and support. May this school year be marked by growth, safety, and Your abiding presence. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

DO YOU KNOW THE MEANING AND INSPIRATION OF OUR FBCC LOGO?
DO YOU KNOW THE MEANING AND INSPIRATION OF OUR FBCC LOGO?
The cross represents our Christ-Centered commission given in Matthew 28:18-20. Horizontally, we are reminded of the spikes (nails) He endured. Vertically, the swooshed apex points to the victory and exaltation of Jesus Christ, as He said in John 12:32, “And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me.”
The globe represents our vision of moving “Forward in Faith” by sustaining our global reach for the Gospel
The positioning of our acronymic name, FBCC, expresses a connected fellowship and unity in our Faith Family.
The orange swoosh under our acronym speaks to the God-given flair of our ministry and also highlights that we are always the church, which is to be represented by our prayer and posture.
The bold name of our Faith Family proudly personifies who we are, having survived and thrived in the blessings of God since 1846.

‘s brand is a visual expression and reflection of our mission. The guidelines ensure we exemplify our identity and voice, sending consistent messaging that we are a Faith-Based, Christ-Centered, multi-generational, and missional congregation with a mandate to CONNECT. GROW. SERVE. internally, locally, and globally

Grace and peace to each of you in the name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ! As summer draws to a close and a new school year begins, I want to take a moment to encourage our students, parents, teachers, administrators, and staff. This season is always filled with both excitement and transition, serving as a reminder of God’s faithfulness in every new beginning.
To our students, from preschool to graduate school, remember that you carry the light of Christ into your classrooms, campuses, and friendships. Let your words, actions, and attitude reflect the One who has called you to shine (Matthew 5:16). To our parents and families, may God grant you wisdom, patience, and strength as you guide and support your children. And to our teachers, administrators, and staff, thank you for your dedication to shaping lives; we pray that the Lord will replenish you daily and use you as instruments of hope and encouragement.
As we step into this season, let us remain steadfast in prayer, committed to community, and confident that God will do great things in the lives of our children and families.
In Christ’s Love, Pastor Chris
