1. Understanding of the client brief / Communication / Presentation
I understand the importance of active communication and understanding of the client brief and well presentation to the client are the key success to communicate and persuade clients to buy your design.
2. Ability to draw / Design
Since I was a kid, I have learned how to express my world through crayons and paper. For me, sketching is the most efficient way to begin the initial design and the easiest for iteration, which I used a lot both on tracing paper and iPad.
3. Software / Drafting skill
The importance of using software and the speed is really important for me. I want to use different software to explore what I can do in architecture. Before studying architecture. For me, the software is the tool that helps me bridge the concept to reality.
4. Conceptualizing / Rendering
I immensely enjoy rendering because I can visualize the design in firsthand, giving me a sense of realness of how the design will look in the real world and a simulation of how people will live within this environment.
