Andrew Lesnak Decided To Volunteer His Time to Counseling the Suffering Victims Being the survivor of hurricane Sandy, Andrew Lesnak was introduced to various mental health facilities just after the disaster. It helped him cope with the personal losses of his home and belongings. He had the opportunity to speak with other victims who were at a similar stage of recovery. Andrew established a Community Outreach Program named The Spero Advocacy Group, which has now become a renowned name in the state of New Jersey, in the field of mental health and life coaching. It has the motto “While I Breathe, I Hope”. Thereafter, he took his level of volunteerism to even greater level by joining hands with Hope Sheds Light. This organization assists those who seek help with their struggles to rebuild their lives after the storm. He could relate himself with those struggling with addiction and depression. He could empathize with their sense of hopelessness and lost sense of how to rebuild their lives. He decided to volunteer his time to counseling these suffering victims. Soon after the hurricane, life of Andrew Lesnak changed dramatically. He had gone from living in a beautiful waterfront with a successfully thriving business to falling into a horrible depressive state. Even so many years after the hurricane, Andrew continues to have a variety of forms

of mental health counseling weekly to come to terms to his losses. After coming into realization, he became an advocate to the truly lost souls which included speaking with the victims who have been diagnosed with suicidal tendencies and addictions. Andrew Lesnak decided to spend his whole time helping other victims by participating in a variety of charitable causes.
