Build customer relationship by understanding and meeting their needs to maximize customer retention

Staying current with knowledge of products/processes and services offered by the client

Ensure 100% adherence to schedule

Skills Required:

Overall should understand banking and wealth management products

Should have knowledge of functions like Cash management and Retirement Plan services. Preferred knowledge onACH, wires transfers.

Prepare and submit checks and journals , review and log transactions requiring payments

Prior exposure of working experience in banking and financial services will be an added advantage

Work experience of 0-24 months depending upon the level will be preferable

Qualification: B.Com/ B.B.M/ B.B.A/M.com/ MBA
