Acoustic Door Holder / Closers This is a new generation Wireless Acoustic Hold Open Magnet which has the ability to learn the sound of the buildings fire alarm, meaning false activations are almost eradicated.

Sounds such as vacuum cleaners and other background noises will not purposely activate the hold open magnet.

The Acoustic Hold Open Magnet has been designed to be fitted anywhere on the door, however if fitted at the top then this will prevent the fire door from warping and prevent damage from being kicked.

The Acoustic Door closer learns the sound of your specific fire alarm, releasing the door in the event of a fire. The closer is also battery operated so it can easily be retrofitted to any door.
