Mugs come in a kraft box. Keytags come on a backerboard. SHIPPING Orders ship USPS Priority or UPS depending on weight and volume. Please let us know if you have a preference. Shipping costs are charged when orders prepare to ship. Most orders ship real fast (like, 2-3 days fast). INCORRECT OR DAMAGED We do everything we can to protect your goods for transport, however if you have any issues please email us within 4 days of receipt. Snap some pics of the damaged items because #picsoritdidnthappen and do not dispose of damaged items or shipping materials unless given the go ahead to do so.
