Orders
The minimum for a first time PHI order is $150, and reorders have a minimum of $100 or more. Net 30 day terms can be assigned upon request after the first time order and also upon credit approval. All major credit cards are accepted. Credit card terms are available. A charge of 1.5% per month (18% annum) will be applied if your payment has not been received by the invoice due date. These terms may be changed without notice.
Shipping
PHI shipments are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or truck. Shipments may be sent to either a business or residential location. The shipping address must be indicated by customer as either residential or business. Dropship orders have a nonrefundable $10 fee per order. F.O.B. South San Francisco, California.
Backorders
Backorders exceeding $75 or more in value are automatically shipped when ready unless cancelled by customer. Backorders that do not exceed $35 will be cancelled after 90 days.
Returns
Any damage and/or shortage claims must be reported to PHI Customer Service within 10 days of receiving the product. No returns are accepted without a return authorization from Customer Service. Items refused or returned without authorization will be charged a 20% restocking fee, and customer will be responsible for full freight inbound as well as outbound charges.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. Errors in pricing, packaging, or description which may occur in this catalog are subject to correction, and measurements are approximate.
Product
As all hook and needlepoint items are handcrafted there may be slight variations in our products. No two pieces are exactly alike, which adds to the uniqueness of each piece. All hook pillows and needlepoint items have a wool face and velvet backing unless otherwise noted. Pillows come with zipper opening and polyester filler unless otherwise noted. All hook rugs are wool face. Many of our printed items are skillfully hand screen printed. Due to the nature of this technique slight variations in color, registration, and design are expected.
