Orders The minimum for a first-time PHI order is $150, and re-orders have a minimum of $100 or more. Net-30 day terms can be assigned upon request after the first-time order and also upon credit approval. All major credit cards are accepted. Credit card terms are available. A charge of 1.5% per month (18% annum) will be applied if your payment has not been received by the invoice due date. These terms may be changed without notice. Shipping PHI shipments are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or truck. Shipments may be sent to either a business or residential location. The shipping address must be indicated by customer as either residential or business. Drop-ship orders have a non-refundable $10 fee per order. F.O.B. South San Francisco, California. Backorders Backorders exceeding $75 or more in value are automatically shipped when ready unless cancelled by customer. Backorders that do not exceed $35 will be cancelled after 90 days.
