• For the first time, Jewish Senior Services (JSS) will, take orders for. individual servings of soup and desserts, as well as main courses, for Passover. ; These items, priced .from $2 to $10 per serving, will be available for pick-up on Friday, April 10, at 5 p.m., just in time for the first and second : seders. Sundown on April 10 is 7:41 p.m. According to Barbara Gottlieb, Executive Director of JSS, "While the weekly take-out meals did not maintain its momentum, there has been a J strong demand for meals for Passover.';•.;/ ' "As more and more women enter the work force, fewer have the time to prepare elaborate meals for this special holiday," she added. "JSS is offering this convenience for the women of our community. On the menu for take-out are the following items: matzo ball soup, beef noodle soup, each priced at $2 per serving; cake with strawberries, fruit with macaroons, each priced at $2.50 per serving; and two different main entries: baked chicken with dressing and carrots, or brisket with tzimmes and brussel sprouts, each priced at $10 per serving. The Rose Blumkin Jewish, Home will also sponsor two seders: Friday, April 10, and Saturday, April 11. Cost is $12.50 each. Zimbalista plays to standing-room-only crowd
