Skinheads and 'Web ©f Mate list Osnaha Skinheads distributed racist flyers in the 38th and Leavenworth area as wel) as at several locations in and around downtown Omaha during the last week. "Neo-nazi skinheads have reared their heads in Omaha," according to Bob Wolfson, Regional director of the ADL. "They have come out in public with flyers to let us know they are here." According to the ADL, racist skinheads have been in Omaha for over 10 years. Small in number, these individuals have never been successful in organizing into a cohesive group. Occasionally, a leader or two will emerge and the activity level will increase. "The organizer types have come into Omaha from other cities. They seek recruits and will set up activities that test their members. Wherever they have organized, racist skinheads cause problems," said Wolfson. Distribution of flyers is not the only method of distribution of the message of hate. The group has established a web site on the Internet to advocate a blend of racist Nazi ideology and Celtic identity. The flyers distributed refer to N.S.W.P.P., the National Socialist White People's Party, out of Chapel Hill, N.C. The organization has as its goal the advocacy of the cause of Adolph Hitler and National Socialism. The national connection combined with the website for the local skins indicates a sophistication we have not seen in Omaha. "The new level of activity indicates the importance for vigilance in monitoring extremists," said Larry Raful, ADIVCRC Board Chair. "Much of the time our activity is not reported and our work is behind the scenes. It is important for us to speak upwhen the general public sees this kind ofbig-... otry." ADL monitors extremists on the local, regional, national and international scene through its system of. regional offices all over the U.S. The Omaha office has been active for over 40 years; "We need to be vigilant and dedicated to watching and exposing these groups. Maintaining good relationships within the community at large helps expand our eyes and ears. We are grateful for all the information that comes from many people who abhor this hatred," concluded Wolfson.

They HATE White people, they HATE Free Speech, they HATE legal political dissidence and above all they HATE EXPOSURE! We suggest that you subscribe to (Editor's Note:
