One of the best-connected locations Amsterdam has to offer The Zuidas is Amsterdam’s prime location, an urban hub with international allure. The district has an ideal strategic location, to the south of the city center and in close proximity to Schiphol International Airport.

Thanks to its direct tram and metro connections, a train station and various access roads, the Zuidas is an important national and international hub for traffic connections.The CubeHouse is located at the very heart of the Zuidas, enjoying perfect accessibility.

It will only take you 2 minutes to get to the new Zuidas Station (by foot) 5 minutes to Schiphol International Airport (by train) and 8 minutes to Amsterdam Central Station (by train). Various shops and restaurants in the beating heart of the Zuidas, as well as numerous schools and universities, are just around the corner.

Ready for the ‘Zuidasdok’, which aims to revamp the neighborhood.

Zuidasdok is one of the largest infrastructure projects in the Netherlands. The project will improve the accessibility of Amsterdam and the northern part of the Randstad, both by road and public transport.

Zuidasdok is a collaboration of Rijkswaterstaat, ProRail and the City of Amsterdam.

The CubeHouse is designed with the 15-minute City concept in mind. This means that everyone should have access to essential urban services within a 15-minute walk or bike ride. By ensuring that urban dwellers have easy access to shops, schools, doctors, the gym, parks, restaurants and cultural institutions, the quality of life is greatly improved.

Situated adjacent to the recently established entrance of Zuidasdok, our location actively promotes the use of public transportation and green mobility options for our employees. With a generously-sized bike parking facility covering approximately 420 square meters, we facilitate sustainable commuting practices.

Furthermore, our proximity to a diverse selection of shared mobility services in the surrounding neighborhood enhances transportation accessibility. Additionally, we offer convenient access to the pre-existing Mahler parking garage, ensuring seamless mobility solutions for our community.

From a shared holistic vision to the workplace of the future.

The CubeHouse is born out of a shared ambition by G&S&, Arcadis, BNP Paribas and a.s.r. real estate (ASR Dutch Mobility Office Fund) to create the workplace of the future – right here, at the Zuidas. This holistic vision resulted in a hybrid-timber building that will be Paris Proof upon delivery in 2025, with a WELL-gold certified indoor climate and various unique features promoting sustainability and well-being.

The Breathe Spaces, located at the sixth, seventh, and eight floor, connect the indoors and the outdoors. These buffer zones remain cool in the summer and warm in the winter, offering tenants a comfortable environment to sit, relax and/ or socialize during their breaks. The publicly accessible rooftop garden adds lush greenery to a rather petrified Zuidas. Here, employees and visitors can enjoy lunch outdoors, surrounded by biodiversity-boosting flora and fauna.
