Evaluate Top Candidates – Provide ownership history summary and market value analysis.

Coordinate demonstration flight(s). Obtain maintenance or refurbishment quotes if applicable.

Make Offer – Recommend and discuss offer terms. Prepare draft Letter of Intent and negotiate best possible price and terms.

Review Aircraft Purchase Agreement – Make recommendations. Coordinate with title company and client’s legal counsel.

Coordinate Inspection – Obtain quote, provide equipment list for verification, monitor inspection process, verify engine and maintenance program accounts status.

Review Inspection Results – Make recommendations. Negotiate with seller for resolution of any issues.

Coordinate Closing Procedures – Aircraft acceptance documentation, closing documentation, title search of the aircraft and engines, FAA title documentation, consultations with client’s tax and legal counsel (as needed).
